The refund is processed within 14 days from the date the seller receives a written statement requesting a refund and the product is returned. File an electronic application at info@coral-club.com. Be sure to fill out your first and last name, club number, order number, and the reason for returning the product- this will expedite the processing of your request.

The buyer shall pay for the return shipping of products in good condition (option DHL Paket).

When returning inadequate quality products, use the prepaid label to send the package for free.

Damaged or defective items can be exchanged or returned for a refund in the following cases:

• if the packaging is damaged or dirty
• if the product has an unusual smell/colour/taste;
• if the product is physically damaged, broken or other surface defects are detected
• if the product does not match the description (in terms of volume, quantity/amount, etc.), or you received an incomplete pack
• if there are other defects, or the product was not delivered or purchased by mistake.

In order to return or exchange a product, it should be unopened and in marketable condition. You can exchange the purchased product for the same product, or another product of equal or higher value. If you do not want to substitute one product for another, you will receive your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days. The company reserves the right to refuse to return the product if its packaging is damaged, with the exception of products that were damaged during transportation through the seller's fault.

If the product was purchased as part of a promotion, then that is accounted for when processing the refund.

After payment is made, which takes place instantly, order status will show "Completion". This means that the order will be handed over to the delivery service within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• The created order is reserved and stored for 5 calendar days from the date of creation.
